Pastor Napoleon R. Karr Jr.

      Pastor Napoleon Karr is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Mountain of the Lord Church, a multi-cultural, non-denominational assembly which started in Macedonia, Ohio. He is also the founder of Marriage First, a ministry dedicated to encouraging and strengthening marriages based on Biblical principles, love and partnership.

    A committed servant and student of the Word, Pastor Karr has an affinity for the academics and current research as it relates to eschatological events. In April 2000, he earned a diploma in Systematic Theology from Liberia Bible Institute, a Church of God owned Bible college located in Paynesville, Liberia. In 2001, he migrated to the United States. In 2003, he enrolled at the Cuyahoga Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Science degrees in 2008 with the goal of transferring to a four-year University to acquire a Business degree. He enrolled at Cleveland State University, changed his major to Biology with hopes of becoming a physician. In December 2013, he graduated with his bachelors of Science, majoring in Biology.

     Pastor Karr has also served in the banking industry for over 13 years, ranging from a bank teller, supervisor, mortgage banking consultant and Quality Assurance.

    He has also led the establishment of a Pastoral Network in Cleveland, Ohio and appeared on the Radical Encounter TV program hosted by Pastor Jerry O’Brien in Wooster, Ohio.

     Pastor Karr has been married to Patricia Karr for 21 years and they have 4 children, three of whom are adopted from Liberia: Clifton, Naomi, Alvin and Princess. 

Pastor Napoleon and Lady Patricia Karr currently serve as Pastors of Mountain of the Lord and CEO of Marriage First.

Minister Ronald Richmond

      Minister Ronald Richmond has served as a member of Mountain of the Lord Church since 2002 and was licensed as a minister in 2011.

Minister Ronald has ministry experience that has developed throughout his years at MOTL which focuses on servicing the homeless, those impacted by poverty, inmates, young adults and the elderly.

     As a founder of Choices Transitional Home, a non-profit organization, Minister Ronald offers a unique perspective on the needs of the urban community and understands the importance of MOTL's role in transforming lives for Christ in our community.

     Minister Ronald holds an Associate degree in Christian Studies and is currently seeking a bachelor’s degree in Social Services.

Minister Tina Annorzie

Minister Tina Annorzie

     Minister Tina has been in Mountain of the Lord for over 10 years. She also serves on the board as well as in the finance dept. She is the head of the Pastor Appreciation committee. Minister Tina works along well with the MOTL Women.
